My name is Serena, I am a 20-year-old university student from the United States coming to Leiden in August. At Leiden University, I am studying Cultural Anthropology and Developmental Sociology, and I am very excited to explore the city and meet new friends! As someone with experience with communal living, I would be a great addition to the apartment. I am social and always down to hang out, but I also enjoy alone time too! I enjoy reading novels, cooking, and meeting new people. I am responsible and respectful of group spaces and have never had any issues with the people I have shared apartments with in the past.
As a tenant, I will be respectful of house rules and prompt with rent payments. I have sufficient savings for my rent, as well as parents who can cosign as my benefactors/financial support. Renting in the past, I have never had issues regarding damage to property, noise complaints, etc., and strive to be the most attentive and considerate tenant.
