I am a young Irish man with an excellent track record as a renter, having lived in rental accommodation for the last 4 years. Throughout this time, I have been a respectful neighbour, punctual with my rent, and a responsible steward of the properties. I would be more than happy to provide references of my previous landlords who will attest to this.
I am looking for a studio apartment or room from mid-January 2024, for a rental period of a year (though am open to 6 months). I am clean and easy to live with.
